2013 Taj Mahotsav Agra India tickets and accommodation

The Taj Mahal Agra, a world renowned heritage monument to love, attracts visitors daily throughout the year. Centered around this historic mausoleum is the annual Taj Mahotsav, a 10-day festival which showcases the skills of artistes and artisans from around the country. In addition, there is a fun fair with rides for kids & adults and food, all located near the the Eastern Gate.

Dates of 2013 Taj Mahotsav, Agra, India: February 19th to February 28th 2013.
2013 Taj Mahotsav Entry Fees
  • Adults: Rs.40/- per person
  • Children: entry free for kids up to 5 years of age
  • Foreign tourists: free entry
  • School children (in school uniform): Rs.300/- for group of 50 children, with free entry for 2 teachers
  • Cultural programs: no separate entry fee

The cultural programs will be organised at 3 venues:
(1) Sadar Bazaar open air theatre
(2) Noorjahan Auditorium, Shilpgram
(3) Sursadan, Agra

Other events include plays, classical dances, performances by musical bands, a photography competition on 23rd February (outdoor event) and a bodybuilding performance by the Agra Police on 28th February (7p.m. at Sursadan)
